Human Resources Administrator

About This Role Provide daily support to the HR BP by processing data for employee transactions including new hires, change of status, terminations, etc.
within the PeopleSoft HRIS and Cost Point.
Responsible for ensuring data integrity by understanding complexities of PeopleSoft HRIS and providing guidance and coaching to Human Resources on requests received.
Maintaining employee files and records in compliance with internal record retention policy and external government contractor requirements Perform routine audits using data exports from Peoplesoft HRIS to ensure data accuracy Involved in Human Resources new hire processes such as Orientation, Onboarding, etc.
through technical support and coordination with HR.
May produce reports and provides some analysis as needed using data from the PeopleSoft HRIS and iRequest ticketing system to spot trends in data.
Participate in special projects within HR Operations to enhance business, HR, and employee experience, and to increase internal process efficiency.
Qualifications Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience using spreadsheet applications (ie.
Excel) required, and database systems (ie.
Access) preferred Must be able to work both independently and in a team.
Previous experience in Human Resources or related function preferred.
Previous experience with an ERP or HRIS system preferred.
Position typically calls for at least 2 years of experience.
HS Diploma or GED required.
Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
