Human Resources Representative
A cents EUR cents Provide daily support to the Human Resources team by processing data for employee transactions including new hires, change of status, terminations, etc.
within the PeopleSoft HRIS.
A cents EUR cents Responsible for ensuring data integrity by understanding complexities of PeopleSoft HRIS and providing guidance and coaching to Human Resources on requests received.
A cents EUR cents Maintaining employee files and records in compliance with internal record retention policy and external government contractor requirements A cents EUR cents Perform routine audits using data exports from Peoplesoft HRIS to ensure data accuracy A cents EUR cents Involved in Human Resources new hire processes such as Orientation, Onboarding, etc.
through technical support and coordination with HR.
A cents EUR cents May produce reports and provides some analysis as needed using data from the PeopleSoft HRIS and iRequest ticketing system to spot trends in data.
A cents EUR cents Participate in special projects within HR Operations to enhance business, HR, and employee experience, and to increase internal process efficiency.
A cents EUR cents Provide general administrative support to HR Operations team as needed
Qualifications:
A' A cents EUR cents Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience using spreadsheet applications (ie.
Excel) required, and database systems (ie.
Access) preferredA cents EUR cents Must be able to work both independently and in a team.
A cents EUR cents Previous experience with an HRIS system (PeopleSoft) strongly preferred.
A cents EUR cents Previous experience in Human Resources or related function preferred.
A cents EUR cents Position typically calls for at least 2 years of experience.
A cents EUR cents HS Diploma or GED required.
Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Alternate between Week 1 (Five days at 8 hours) and Week 2 (Four days at 10 hours).
