Business Analyst Business Systems Analyst Systems Analyst and/or Systems Engineer Experience facilitating requirements elicitation sessions Experience developing use cases and user stories Experience documenting and analyzing complex business rules Experience querying and analyzing complex databases Experience in the role of liaison between business and technical/development teams Experience developing wireframes Experience providing consulting to state and local government agencies preferred Essential Functions and Responsibilities Examine and study clients' existing IT systems, process and business models Liaise with users to understand and document business, functional and technical requirements Learn about the hardware, software and technical requirements and configurations Provide recommendations for modification or replacement of existing systems Document detailed technical requirements, hardware requirements and logic implementations Prepare System Requirement Specification (SRS) Prepare Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) IT System and Application architecture Create use cases, user stories, class diagrams Create models, flow charts, wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams Help programmers understand the complete requirements and all the associated aspects Review test cases and assist the testing team in identifying testing scenarios Assist in the deployment of the solution in the UAT and Production environments Liaise with the testing team to ensure the functional and technical compatibility of the product with the requirements Support the presentation of interim and final solution to the business owners for approval and feedback Prepare user manuals, technical handouts and operational manuals for the deployed solution Train end users and system users Required Skills Understanding of SDLC Agile and Agile-hybrid methodologies Elicitation and Analysis skills Expertise in Database Analysis and troubleshooting using SQL and or PL/SQL Programming experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
