Advancement and Communication Manager

Job Description St. Joseph Catholic School located in Cockeysville, Maryland has an opening for an Advancement and Communication Manager. The manager will under administrative direction, design, implement and maintain a comprehensive institutional advancement program for St. Joseph School. The program will promote support of the School mission through developing sound relationships and securing financial backing from various publics: parents, Alumni, Alumni parents, area Pastors, business, friends of SJS, foundations, and other stakeholders. The Advancement Manager will be responsible for the Advancement, Communications and Marketing Initiatives for the school and serve as part of the Leadership Team. Job Responsibilities: Communications and Public Relations Development - research and cultivation, planned giving Alumni relationships Job Requirements Bachelor's dgree, Master's degree preferred Three to five years Advancement experience Commitment to Catholic education

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
