Lean and Process Improvement Manager

Description The Lean and Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, sustainability and completion of assigned process improvement initiatives, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. This role reports directly to the Sr Director of Lean and Process Improvement . TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (should provide overall responsibilities/tasks but not intended to be all inclusive) Lead large scale improvement initiatives dealing with organizational concerns and issues. Plan and implement assigned process improvement initiatives Help define scope, goals and deliverables Define tasks and required resources Collect and manage team Manage assigned process improvement budget Allocate needed personnel resources Create schedule and improvement timeline Track deliverables Support and direct assigned team Lead quality assurance post implementation Monitor and report on progress as well as problems and solutions Implement and manage change when necessary to meet required outputs Measure, evaluate and assess result of process improvement Conduct Tollgates to review Milestones and Deliverables EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lean management or operations or combination Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred Experience in healthcare preferred Experience in Kaizen and/or Lean Six Sigma required Sig Sigma Certification preferred Experience in data analysis of raw data  Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management Proficient in utilizing statistical software (minitab, SPC, etc.)Experience in building Work Instructions, SOP's, Audits, Check lists required Knowledge and experience utilizing Statistical software preferred Proficient in the use of Excel, Power point, and Word Experience with presenting ideas and solutions to Senior Executives and Management KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Critical thinking and problem solving Strong operational and financial acumen. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable Able to tolerate stress Travel as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
