Ultimate Staffing in Timonium is looking for an The Account Manager! This position requires developing strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing larger customers in assigned business segments, products and geographies.
Our client is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join the team. Position is located in Hunt Valley Area! The Account Manager will be assigned to a specific book of business and will be responsible for retaining & growing revenue.
As the Account Manager, the candidate will:
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with our clients current customers and brokers through superior customer service
- Retain and grow the client relationship and effectively position our products with an emphasis on expanding the assigned book of business
- Work with customer's on their strategy with regard to their health and wellness programs
- Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
- Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally
- Review and deliver renewal activity
- Travel to customers and brokers as necessary
- Work to develop and maintain understanding of the international business environment
- Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services
- Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes
EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of industry or customer service experience or underwriting.
EDUCATION:
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
