Part Time Social Services Designee

Maryland Masonic Homes (MMH), a premier continuing care retirement community located in northern Baltimore County has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Social Services Designee!
MMH provides quality care in independent, assisted living, and healthcare; and is also proud participant of the Medicare program. The Social Services Designee will work under the facility's Social Worker to provide quality customer service and care that leaves a lasting impression on those we serve.
This is a part time (24 hours per week) position. Ideally, working 8 hour shifts.
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of MOLST and Advance Directives and have at least one year in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: advocating for our residents, attending MDS care plan meetings, documenting social service assessment and progress notes, coordinating discharges and planning hospice services.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
