Coastline Consulting, Baltimore's newest marketing & sales firm, is hiring for our Management Training Program! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment where they are pushed to be the best version of themselves every single day.


Disclaimer- the role does start entry level and moves into a management position based on aptitude and one?s ability to add value to the organization!?


Management Training includes:




  • Conducting sales presentations, in-person, on behalf of our client



  • Providing customer service to current customers and acquiring new customers



  • Upholding company values and standards



  • Upon completion of training, responsibilities will include training newer employees



  • Respond appropriately ?to customers concerns and be able to keep composure in a fast-paced environment



  • Multitask between customers and training



  • Provide clients with time customer feedback




Because the position does start entry level, we do not require previous management experience. However, we do find that the best candidates have previous experience in retail, customer service, were part of a team in school, and people-oriented environments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
