What the Sales Team Lead position requires:

  • 2-week training course in product and sales techniques

  • Daily sales presentations on behalf of our energy client

  • Acquire new (quality) customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current customers

  • Uphold company and client values

  • Act with professional integrity

  • Oversee a team of 2-10 people

No previous sales experience is required; however we find that individuals with art least 6 months to one year experience in a customer service position excel in this role. 2- or 4-year degree or degree in progress preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
