Sinclair is looking for a sales and finance savvy Customer Insights Analyst who is passionate about uncovering the "why" behind consumer decisions and marketplace dynamics to drive customer needs. The Customer Insight Analyst will need to be the subject matter expert and enterprise resource for analyzing, synthesizing and communicating customer analytics and insights throughout the organization. You will support business decisions through the effective use of data and assist in the continuous improvement and expansion of our company wide cutting-edge CRM platform. Additionally, you'll assist in the development of sales and customer analytics to enable Sinclair to create predictive and prescriptive tools for our sales force, improving both sales and the servicing of our customers' needs.
Develop analytics about current and potential customers in the sales pipeline to achieve an increase in revenue levels
Play an integral part continued development, management, and administration of the new enterprise wide CRM platform.
Leverage business and financial experience to evaluate current performance levels as well as potential improvements
Assist in developing and sharing best practices tools in order to formulate insights that drive business and sales
Contribute to the expansion of Sinclair's 1st party customer data and integrate with 3rd party data
Work on developing analytics to match linear inventory to consumer brands to increase sales opportunities
Track and report on potential and executed cost savings
All other duties as assigned
BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Statistics or similar technical field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data-intensive marketing, business, or financial analytics
Basic understanding of CRM system, customer analytics, and data governance
Knowledge and experience with third party data systems and how to incorporate and use that date to enrich analytics
Experience in evaluating sales trends
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team at all levels of an organization to obtain knowledge that facilitates resolution
Broadcast Sales experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
