Sinclair's Corporate Information Technology department located in Hunt Valley, MD, has an opening for a Service Delivery Management Lead. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full progression of Sinclair's Service Delivery Management program. This will include designing and managing end-to-end IT services, designing the service offerings, overseeing the service request management and being accountable for the delivery of IT services that underpin the business success. The ideal candidate demonstrates exemplary leadership skills and expertise in all areas of IT. They will coordinate with IT leadership to define policies, processes and business standards used to plan, design, deliver, and manage service delivery support in the areas of process improvement, enterprise release management, demand planning and change management. They will manage solution delivery and operations to ensure service continuity is aligned with internal SLAs and provide strategic oversight to the service desk team.
Job Responsibilities
Service Management
Responsible for Service Catalog Management, Service Level Management and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)
Promote and lead ITSM best practices across services and lead the initiation of innovative solutions to embed continual service improvement
Service Transition Management
Manage transition scheduling, planning, prioritization, risk management and dependencies to ensure effective transition across multiple projects and business areas
Manage acceptance planning, handover requirements, quality assurance, timing, post production support and provide advice on rollout approaches
Service Desk Management
Manage all service desk activities and service desk analysts and monitor end-user experience across the enterprise and ensure adherence to SLAs and other process metrics
Solution Delivery Management
Provide oversight to all solution delivery teams ensuring alignment of processes and consistent reporting and metrics
Leadership & People Management
Demonstrate strong leadership standards and practices
Preferred Candidates will have:
Proven track record in Service Operations
ITIL Service Manager or ITIL Service Management Diploma
Strong understanding and awareness of ITIL processes and tools
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Business Acumen coupled with good technology understanding and awareness
Strong Leadership & People Management Skills
5+ years managerial experience
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
