Total Hours/week : 40.00

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.
Proven experience at working with all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, and strong understanding of ERP Systems (i.e. SAP preferred)
5
years of administration experience supporting senior level managers.
Experience in office purchasing/procurement preferred.
Practical, detail oriented, flexible and dedicated team player that is capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple activities and functions on a daily basis.
Exercise good judgment in completing tasks on time, managing work tasks, prioritization of work, etc.
Proactively maintain open lines of communication, and act as a liaison among a number of internal groups and services.
Manage internal/external correspondence as well as coordinate meetings, teleconferences and travel.
Prepare expense reports and oversee procurement of office equipment and material for new and existing employees.
Handle basic HR responsibilities as directed by business headquarters HR, including handling new hire orientation.
Ability to design and develop spreadsheets and other reports required by management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
