POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Branding & Communications, this position is responsible for the branding and management of the McCormick World of Flavors Retail destination to ensure effective implementation of our brand promise. Will manage other cross-company projects that support corporate branding, including communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing all retail activities related to McCormick World of Flavors retail store while working with the brand teams worldwide and the store to develop and grow brand awareness and consideration. Responsibilities include: commercialization and buying of new items, managing inventory and working with store staff.
Manage day-to-day World of Flavor marketing and communications activities including press communications via PR agency, intranet, MKC Corporate Web, other digital channels.
Manage & coordinate internal corporate communications for consistency across company
Assist in evaluating Corp partnerships and manage day-to-day partnerships as appropriate.
Responsible for all activities related to the World of Flavors eCommerce site, including ensuring effective partnerships with on-line retailer(s)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or communications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods, Food Industry.
Demonstrated program/project management abilities.
Strong relationship management, written and verbal skills.
Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated detailed problem solving skills.
Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative and work with various levels of employees.
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment; ability to influence and build consensus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
