GPAC is working with a top Restoration/ Construction company who is seeking a Restoration Large Loss Project Manager who can consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations.

The Project Manager is provided with the necessary support and resources to succeed in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:


  • Experience- 3 Restoration Construction Required
  • Computer literacy required
  • Experienced running and overseeing projects and deadlines
  • Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Demonstrating sound knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration
  • Experience with Mitigation and Remediation preferred
