We're looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Digital Sales Operations team to help our station sales teams and sales coordinators manage our Sinclair Broadcast Group digital account business.
This candidate needs to be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
No two days will be the same.
In this role you will work alongside Sales and Operations.
This position reports into the Corporate Digital Sales Operations Manager for Compulse's SBG Business.
Responsibilities:
Enter digital orders received from stations into our order entry system, with a focus on the company's automotive marketing businessCoordinate ad processes, organize creatives, provide campaign reporting and assist in other areas related to sales processesRegular communication with station sales and sales coordinators, production teams and other station/corporate departmentsBe a key point of contact between assigned stations/campaigns and fulfillment teamsSee requests and issues through to a timely resolutionGenerate and compile periodic reports and invoices using billing system toolsCollaborate with Automotive Co Op Team to prepare and support claim submission documentsPartner with Sales, Account Management, Operations to assist with billing Must be comfortable training and mentoring station sales assistants/coordinators Other duties as assigned Skills:
Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing firm or similar organizationProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointA high level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize Ability to work with remote sales teams to problem-solve issuesStrong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasksAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracyMaintain a positive demeanor and customer service focused Excellent communication - written and oralExperience working within digital order management systemsExperience specifically with Operative One or AOS preferred Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc.
