Responsibilities:
Inputting and updating data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms with speed and accuracy.
Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections.
Organizing and maintaining files and records in an orderly manner to ensure easy retrieval.
Assisting with data cleanup and data validation tasks as needed.
Responding to inquiries and requests for information from internal teams in a timely manner.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data by following company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different platforms.
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
