Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering purchase orders in accounting software Work with project teams to correct purchase order discrepancies Work with the Accounts Payable team to process vendor invoices through the accounting system Responsible for the flow of all documents through invoice routing software (Doc Link) Work with management to identify any issues with invoice routing software Work with vendors to resolve invoice issues Work with vendors to ensure timely payment of all invoices Coverage at the front desk ( 1 hour a day) Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
Must be capable of working with team in office or on site Must have basic computer and math skills Must have great communication and customer service skills Must be detail-oriented and organized Previous experience with invoice routing software is preferred, but not required Previous Accounting experience is preferred, but not required What's in it for you:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
