Prepares a wide variety of breakfast food items according to prescribed recipes.
Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen, its equipment, and other areas as appropriate.
Prepares reports and performs administrative duties as assigned.
Attends to day-to-day problems and needs concerning equipment and food supplies; detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions.
Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Take inventories of required items and submits orders for products.
Reinforce and enforce all relevant safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
Maintain a high score by Health Department standards.
Maintain excellent levels of sanitation and full compliance with operational heath department requirements.
$15 Must have transportation.
Shifts begin at 5:
00AM Customer service skills required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
