Summary:
Under limited supervision, the Commercial Cleaning Technician I is responsible for executing several consistent tasks that ensure facilities are cleaned and well maintained to company standards.
This job class requires practical skill and knowledge of janitorial practices, equipment, supplies, and procedures, the ability to perform quality work with attention to knowing and using safe work practices, and the ability to independently follow The Cleaning House Company maintenance guide for effective services.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
2
years of previous janitorial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment Ability to work with a team, independently, and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required Note:
