We are seeking an energetic and driven Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic change management and communications team.
Reporting to the Director of Change Management and Communications, the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, a passion for effective employee engagement, and a knack for crafting compelling messages.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Internal Communication Plans:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Create engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and digital displays.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Plan and execute campaigns and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
Organize events, town halls, and meetings to promote transparent and open communication.
Content Creation and Management:
Write, edit, and proofread internal communications materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's tone and values.
Curate and distribute relevant news, updates, and information to keep employees informed and engaged.
Feedback Channels:
Develop and manage feedback channels to encourage employee participation and gather insights.
Analyze feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Change Management Communications:
Support change management initiatives by creating clear and concise communications that help employees navigate transitions.
SharePoint / Intranet Content Management:
Develop, maintain and update division's Sharepoint sites with timely and relevant content.
Ensure that internal resources, policies, and documents are easily accessible and up to date.
Measurement and Reporting:
Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate engagement levels and propose improvements.
What you bring to the position:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating engaging content for different communication channels.
Familiarity with SharePoint platforms and communication tools is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative communication approaches.
