Client Service Manager/Project Manager

Objectives
Responsible for servicing client priorities within the Human Resources Department
Understand the clients business, goals, and service level expectations

Knowledge of health and benefits insurance products
Experienced in implementing and communicating new benefit plans
Benefits administration experience and knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective presentation skills
Gov/Con experience Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination and implementation of new plans
Prepare and present open enrollment presentations
Communication of new plans to designated audience
Management and resolution of day-to-day services and HR issues
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree preferred
5
years of employee benefits experience (broker or HR team member)
Union experience is preferred
Life/Health license required (or to be acquired within 60 days of hire)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a team player
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
Computer skills which include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, and web-based applications
Demonstrate a commitment to building new skillsNote:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
