Summary:
The basic function of this position is to work with the division's Executive Director and team members to develop, coordinate and monitor marketing strategies.
Assess and develop new programs.
Analyze and evaluate performance outcomes and recommend changes to optimize the team's performance as well as the organization's competitive position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or communications.
Required Work
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in multi-family marketing in a supervisory capacity.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive multifamily marketing experience.
Specific knowledge of marketing principles and practices, market research and analysis, strategic planning, marketing communications and program development required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Personal computer skills required.
Ability to perform well in a collaborative environment.
Job Type:
