Home organization is a critical aspect of this position, and the candidate must have a keen eye for design and attention to detail Light cleaning and housework (kitchen, vacuum, laundry, etc.
) Straighten main areas of the home and kid bedrooms Vendor management for property and vehicles Open and onboard packages and groceries General errands, such as pick-ups, processing returns, dropping off packages and donations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years related experience working in a Private Residence Experience working with preschool and school age children Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong driver with clean driving record Valid passport with flexibility to travel Must be legal to work in the US College degree preferred Job Types:
