Office assistant duties include collecting and filing paperwork, updating client accounts, communicating with new prospects and existing clients, assisting with the creation of new quotes, reporting updates to management.
The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue.
Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Ascertain customers' needs and wants Recommend and describe services that match customer needs Keep up to date with service information Accurately describe service features and benefits Follow all companies policies and procedures Skills Basic understanding of communication skills.
