Position
Summary:
The B2B/Commercial-Procurement Sourcing/Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the procurement and sales functions of the organization by sourcing and purchasing goods and services, coordinating with vendors and customers, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Job Responsibilities Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing goods and services, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to identify new sources of supply and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process, including preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating customer orders, and managing customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including sourcing guidelines, ethical standards, and vendor agreements.
Provide administrative support to the procurement and sales teams as needed.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, changes in pricing, and new products or services that can be sourced.
Maintain accurate inventory records and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste or overstocking.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Continuously review and improve procurement and sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time to stay on schedule with high attention to detail Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field 2
years of experience in procurement or sales administration Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/sales software Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices Valid Driver's License required Strong Leadership skills and successful leadership experience with a variety of teams Highest level of Integrity Strong Reasoning & negotiating skills Ability to understand and execute the priorities of the business Ability to develop and execute a plan Strong oral and written communication skills Able to maintain their composure in all situations Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done (NOT a 40 hour a week job) Strong at developing positive business relationships Proficient with Excel and all Microsoft programs Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Must be flexible enough to hit critical/varied deadlines.

In addition to the base salary, we offer a bonus plan that rewards high performance in achieving procurement and sales targets.
The bonus structure is as follows:
Commission on the total margin revenue to goal of the Sales Team.
Bonus will be paid on a quarterly basis based off target goals hit for that particular quarter Please note that the commission plan is subject to change at the discretion of the company and is dependent on individual performance and the overall success of the procurement and sales functions.
