Duties will include greeting clients and managing the phone system and supporting with office management and finance operations.
A multi-tasker will be right at home coordinating couriers, mail/deliveries, office supplies, accounts payable, file management, as well as management and tracking of contracts, purchase orders & posting logs.
Experience with Microsoft Office required and Adobe/Bluebeam a plus.
