9 Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description Job Description EPCM Project Manager - This role is not office based and will require regular regional travel to project site locations in Lansdale, PA and throughout NY, NJ, MD, and PA, with limited travel within the US.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, and reside in the US.

This includes managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you must have Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 15
years of relevant experience managing construction projects.

You will join our Environmental & Health department As our new Project Manager, you will be part of team that coordinates and manages all aspects of the project life cycle.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Participates in project scope development, estimating, proposal preparation, and client presentations Reviews assigned project(s) to define project scope, establish work procedures/sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, vendor lists, and progress billing points Manage a project team to ensure project safety, scope, schedule, and budgets are being tracked and implemented per Ramboll and client standards Interact with Client to proactively resolve issues and at project's completion to obtain final Client approvals Maintains a continuing business relationship with all Clients as part of ongoing business development efforts As needed manages design schedules and compliance of design efforts with established budgets, plans, specifications and Company standards of workmanship, quality and performance and with the terms and conditions of the contract Routinely conducts field inspection of work in progress Reviews and analyze the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate job status and progress Coordinates and monitor subcontractors work activities Responsible for safe execution of the construction projects.
