Information Technology Supervisor
Eliassen Group is supporting one of our clients in the IT space in search of a Information Technology Supervisor and Technical Engineer.
This will be a contract to hire opportunity so you will be a fulltime employee of Eliassen Group (benefit eligible) and then convert to our clients payroll and benefits at the end of the contract.
This client has been supporting businesses in Maryland for the past 60
years.
This position will be working out of their headquarters in Cockeysville, MD.
The majority of this work will be done onsite (4-5 days onsite).
ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORInformation Technology Supervisor:

Lead and supervise a small team of technical personnel to effectively deliver and support thee client's internal applications and infrastructure.
A'.
Through strategic planning, make recommendations for technology adoption and associated budgets.
A'.
Ensure users are provided professional, courteous, and timely support.
Technical Engineer:
A'.
Manage and maintain existing applications, infrastructure, and information technology security.
A'.
Implement and manage projects associated with the Advance internal technology infrastructure.
A'.
Provide technical support to our client's internal technology users.

Experience:
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware, SQL, Telecom/VoIP, Windows Server, firewalls, general networking, hypervisors, and storage.
Experience implementing projects and project managementKnowledge of compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST CSF, PCI, etc.
