Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- This is a front desk position - Admin/Office Manager.
- Strong preference for financial or insurance background.
- 15 advisors in office - maybe more at times of the month.
- General administrative support to 16 FAs Front desk / office admin support Incoming calls / voicemail management / Call forwarding Incoming and outgoing mail & UPS with general compliance knowledge.
- Email follow up and general advisor support.
- Day to day office appearance and upkeep.
- Ordering of supplies and other office management duties as needed
